N.C.A.E.L.
The National Capitol Adult Equestrian League (NCAEL) provides an opportunity for adult riders to be a viable part of a team, promote the art of equitation, foster competition and camaraderie, as well as encourage social functions centered around equestrian activities. Good sportsmanship and no stress competition atmosphere will be emphasized.
